The hygienic cutting boards are physiologically harmless and comply with the GgVV Recommendation III, polyethylene (01/07/2000), which provides unrestricted contact with food and the international FDA 177.1520 "Olefine Polymers".
The color pigments used also correspond to these standards.
Unmistakeable coloring and the possibility to assign them to different food groups prevent bacterial cross-contamination, as well as taste and odor transmission.
The high quality of the raw materials used for the production ensures outstanding impact strength, cutting and abrasion resistance and, thus, a long service life.
The hygienic cutting boards are very easy on knives.
They do not absorb moisture, are resistant to hot water, acid and alkaline and can be cleaned easily.
